It is REALLY easy to loose the back end of the new Vette. In the Year End Seasonal Event, the time trial with this car was the ONLY part I wasn't able to win. As a matter of fact, I never posted a time for the time trial, as I couldn't post a valid lap. Trying to keep the beast under control on the Nordshlife is nearly impossible.

The comment was made on the podcast that Journey came out on disc so it was eligible to win game of the year but The Walking Dead did not qualify because the disc version was buggy. Why is it that a downloadable only game can not win the game of the year? I think that downloadable games have advanced to the point there is no need to separate them anymore. Next year you should not have PSN only categories and let every game compete against each other without making the PSN/PS3 game distinctions. They are all played on the PS3 after all. Thoughts?

For The Walking Dead: it wasn't included in PS3 Game of the Year because (for this year anyway) anything in the PS3 category was considered the disc based version of the game. The PS3 Game of the Year category was already overflowing with too many nominees and The Walking Dead disc based version was a buggy mess so we left it out.

If it's any consolation, based on the voting in PSN Game of the Year and PS3 Game of the Year, Journey probably would have crushed anything added to either of them anyway.

Glenn and I did talk about how the line was being blurred and I'm open to the idea of not separating the categories, however, I do fear that a lot of truly wonderful PSN titles would be lost if we do that. You saw how many PS3 disc only titles ended up in Game of the Year, and that's even after we trimmed it. How would we fit PSN titles in there as well, especially if we actually trim down to 6 nominees in each category (like we should have). It gets really difficult to make those cuts.

We'll try to add some more categories all around next year where we can to make sure more games/genres are represented.
