I like Nickelback. Saw them in concert last year and they were good live. I'd say the hate is because their music isn't heavy enough to be hard rock but it's also too heavy to fit in other categories. Kind of a "grey" area that no one wants to admit they like.

I like myself. I wouldn't consider myself a "fan" being I know nothing about them, except they are fellow Canadians. And like most of their songs.

I don't know much about them either buddy other then like you said they're Canadians lol !!! They're a good band in my opinion.

It's hard to hate music for me, I mean it is subjective and personal taste. I certainly don't like something and I won't listen to it but I won't go out of my way to hate a type of music.
